Requirements

• Support omni-channel experience by developing and executing content strategies for B2B and B2C channels, ensuring consistency and engagement across all touchpoints . Experience in building and publishing web content pages leveraging Salesforce and FIGMA.
• Manage content implementation via CMS and web platforms such as Salesforce or other TWL-approved platforms across web, app & edm.
• Execute content updates supporting campaigns, categories, and trading events to ensure that all deadlines are met.
