What You'll Do
Technical Support & Problem Resolution
Provide advanced technical support to field and shop technicians to efficiently diagnose and repair customer equipment.Troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine system issues based on information provided by technicians in the field.Leverage Technical Communicator expertise and Caterpillar's Dealer Solution Network to support new product problem resolution.Partner with service teams to minimize equipment downtime and customer impact.Product Health Management
Identify, define, manage, and resolve product health concerns affecting customers and Finning operations.Work directly with Caterpillar to investigate emerging product issues and determine corrective actions.Maintain ownership of Product Problem Management processes and provide ongoing input on known and developing issues.
