What You'll Do
Take ownership of the technology roadmap and product architecture.
Work closely with the Founder to define and execute the product vision.
Improve and scale the existing HRMS platform.
Lead future product development, integrations, automation, AI features, and infrastructure decisions.
Ensure platform security, performance, and reliability.
Participate in strategic discussions regarding growth, fundraising, partnerships, and hiring.
Build and mentor future engineering teams as the company grows.
