A client of Insight Global is seeking a Change Delivery Manager responsible for enabling and directing multidiscipline squads to deliver value to business units through creating the right environment for the team to succeed and deliver, helping the team to self-organize and create a culture of learning and transparency.
You will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing organizational projects and initiatives to ensure successful adoption and measurable business outcomes.
You will motivate and ensure the teams and squads collaborate and focus on the priorities. Coaching to facilitate continuous improvement, utilizing retrospectives and lessons learned and applying the most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques. You are responsible for making sure there is an iterative delivery plan for each project to work towards, directing squad/sprint priorities with Product Owners to ensure overall themes and project phases are coordinated, planned, ...
