**NOV Process Systems **is seeking an experienced **Technical Business Development / Sales Manager **to grow our Brownfield business in Norway for the onshore and offshore market. In our Brownfield area, we assist clients in maximizing the efficiency of their existing equipment through healthcare agreements, operational troubleshooting, and knowledge-driven process improvements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain a strategy for the Norwegian brownfield market in dialogue with management, ensuring competitive execution models.
- Prospect and develop brownfield opportunities from lead to proposal stage and handover to tender/project, managing the sales pipeline to ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
- Maximize and achieve revenue potential on existing and new accounts, delivering on sales targets.
