What you'll do: Gather & translate business requirements into actionable solutions. Support system enhancements, data migration, and global rollouts. Drive reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and tech teams. Contribute to AI and innovation-driven projects. What we're looking for: 7+ years in Business Analysis (incl. Senior BA experience). Strong experience with Salesforce, data migration, and global implementations. Expertise in Jira, Confluence, reporting, and stakeholder management. Proven ability to work across fast-paced, global environments.
