Technical Business Analyst

Job Qualifications and Responsibilities for Technical Business Analyst:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale technology delivery programs within Banking and Financial space ·
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions to define business needs and expected outcomes ·
• Decompose large or unclear initiatives into structured, actionable requirements ·
• Identify and resolve gaps, assumptions, and inconsistencies early in the lifecycle Requirements Documentation & Governance ·
• Produce and maintain high-quality documentation including: o Requirements Management Plan (RMP) o Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) o Detailed Requirements Specifications (DRS) o Agile user stories and acceptance criteria ·
• Ensure requirements are traceable, testable, and aligned to business objectives·
• Maintain requirements traceability and support RTM updates and impact analysis ·
