Key Responsibilities
Conduct client interviews to gather business requirements and map end-to-end operational workflows, approval processes and exception scenarios
Turn unstructured requests, meeting notes and raw data into clear requirements documents, user stories and acceptance criteria
Manage UAT cycles: prepare test cases, track defects, coordinate user feedback and obtain formal sign-off
Maintain action logs, issue trackers and workflow ownership registers to ensure clear accountability
Prepare structured handover documents for engineering team, including input samples, expected outputs and edge cases
Follow up proactively with clients for missing documents, system access and UAT confirmation
Use Excel, CSV, PDF, SharePoint and LLM tools...
