Responsibilities

• Develop use case and option‑impact assessment to determine and recommend the best solution to adopt across our core insurance, workflow, data and automation platforms.
• Contribute to the design of systems, preparing use cases, functional/interface specifications, and other design artefacts including process maps.
• Perform analysis across both systems and business processes to establish a good and aligned understanding of the root cause of any open issues or underlying requirement.
