Mission

• Answering telephone calls and handling
  emails
• Opening calculation and project files
• Preparing files (offers, bids, additional
  quotes)
• Writing, formatting and sending measurements
• Issuing client invoices
• Processing contracts, amendments and orders
• Preparing operational files
• Entering data into tracking/planning tables
  and updating them
• Preparing the minutes of the weekly technical meeting
  and distributing them
• Administrative support to technicians
• Filing and archiving
