Job Description
Identify, initiate and lead in enhancement process in align with Group and business direction
Drive for improvement and sustainability on laboratory process and methodology by continuously review and improve existing methodology and process flow
Regularly communicate with Global Technical Support team on method alignment, new methodology development, recall case and technical exchange
Handle escalated query and potential complaint professionally and work with business team to minimize the business impact
