Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and service for customers focused on our Offshore Crane products
- Quote upgrades, services, and non‑standard solutions
- Liaise with factory for technical enquiries and feedback
- Manage special projects
- Monitor and ensure the correct fulfillment of local service contracts
- Oversee customer service issues, including participation in scheduled customer service meetings
- Produce daily and project‑based reports to the local Head of Customer Service
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems (theory and practical)
- Knowledge of Liebherr products and programs is an advantage
- Excellent diagnostic skills
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Good communication skills and cultural awareness
- Strong knowledge of the English language in understanding, writing, ...
