Job Description

Your responsibilities
Provide technical support and service for customers focused on our Offshore Crane products 

Quoting of upgrades, services and non-standards solution

Liaise with factory for technical enquiries and feedback

Manage special projects 

Responsible for the monitoring and correct fulfilling of the local service contracts

Oversee customer service issues; including participation in scheduled customer service meetings

Daily and project-based reporting to the local Head of Customer Service
Your qualifications
An excellent knowledge of electronic, hydraulic and mechanical systems (theory and practical)

Knowledge of Liebherr products and programs is an advantage 

Excellent diagnostic skills

Strong commitment to workplace safety

Good communication skills and cultural awareness
