Job Description
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support and service for customers, service and sales department for maritime products
- Quoting of upgrades, services and non-standards solution
- Liaise with factory for technical enquiries and feedback
- Manage special projects
- Responsible for the monitoring and correct fulfilling of the local service contracts
- Oversee customer service issues; including participation in scheduled customer service meetings
- Daily and project based reporting to the local Head of Customer Service
**Competencies**:
- An excellent knowledge of electronic, hydraulic and mechanical systems (theory and practical)
- Experience with the CAN Bus will be highly regarded
- Familiarity with MCC and/or LCC products is considered beneficial, but not mandatory
- Excellent diagnostic skills
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Good communication skills and cultural awareness
