- Possess a strong understanding of ISO17025 standards and their application in laboratory operations.
- Ensure timely completion of client testing requirements using internal enterprise systems, overseeing the entire sample lifecycle from receipt to final reporting.
- Provide high-quality technical advice on a range of fuels and lubricants, with a broad knowledge of their production, distribution, and use in the maritime sector.
- Regularly review technical recommendations to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Support clients by investigating root causes of quality issues and advising on corrective actions, especially in cases involving onboard machinery challenges.
- Offer independent support in marine fuel quality disputes, leveraging insights from laboratory testing.
