Technical Accounting Specialist

Job Description

Manage technical accounting matters by researching and interpreting accounting standards, preparing accounting papers, and assisting in the development of accounting policies. Work on financial reporting compliance, audit activities, and stakeholder collaboration while contributing to process improvements to strengthen accounting governance and reporting quality.

Responsibilities

• Entity Financial Reporting Support
• Prepare financial reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Contribute to the delivery of key reporting outputs, including:
  • Management reports
  • Quarterly financial announcements
  • Board and Audit Committee papers
  • Statutory financial statements
  • Regulatory and statistical submissions (e.g. MCMC reporting)
• Coordinate with finance teams across the group to collect, validate, and analyse financial data.
