This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background infood manufacturing, technical compliance, and customer management to take ownership of key customer relationships and drive continuous improvement across quality, food safety, and technical performance.

The Role

• Act as the main technical contact for key customers
• Build strong customer relationships and manage technical expectations
• Lead customer meetings, audits, and site visits
• Drive improvement plans around complaints, microbiology, and site standards
• Support and develop the Technical Compliance Officer
