Technical Account Manager 3 - Sao Paulo

We are Datadog's in‑house product experts. The technical solutions team enables Datadog's worldwide growth by educating potential clients and ensuring that existing customers are happy and successful. A Technical Account Manager (TAM) will provide hands‑on technical services to our largest customers, supporting adoption and guiding them over the comprehensive suite of Datadog products. TAMs are trusted advisers who translate IT Operations into business value.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise on technical support and product adoption for customers, aligned with pre‑sales, post‑sales and renewal processes.
• Analyze customers’ IT Operations environments regularly and recommend actions that maximize Datadog’s value.
• Act as the customer’s advocate by understanding their goals and use cases, then suggest process changes, product adoption, configuration and additional features to meet requirements.
