Techncial Training Officer

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the annual technical training plan for the South African region Coordinate and deliver scheduled and ad hoc technical training programmes Liaise with internal technical departments, regional management and dealer networks to coordinate training requirements Design and customise training programmes to meet the needs of different learner groups Deliver product knowledge and maintenance training to internal technical and service teams Coordinate and conduct customer training sessions both on-site and at training facilities Develop and maintain technical training manuals, presentations and learning materials Ensure training content remains aligned with new products and technical updates Manage training schedules, attendance records and training resources Utilise training management systems to plan, monitor and report on training activities Evaluate training effectiveness and identify continuous improvement opportunities Provide technical support d...
