- Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile field.
- Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical tools and devices.
- Follow institutional policies and safety standards throughout all surgical activities.
- Collaborate with surgical team members to optimize workflow and patient care.
- Hold a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Operating Room Technician (ORT) credential.
