Provide advanced surgical assistance as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) in a fast-paced operating room environment. Support multi-specialty procedures with a focus on orthopedic, spine, cardiovascular, and general surgeries, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and adherence to sterile techniques.

Support multi-specialty procedures with a focus on orthopedic, spine, cardiovascular, and general surgeries, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and adherence to sterile techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms by organizing equipment, instruments, and supplies for surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons and surgical teams during operations by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile field.
- Ensure all surgical tools and supplies are properly sterilized, maintained, and accounted for.
- Follow unit policies and guidelines, including timely responses to call requirements within 30 minutes.
- Assist with patient care preparations and post-operative procedures as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures and equipment used.
