Job Description

Movate is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver a world-class experience by answering incoming questions from chat and email. You will be an expert helping customers thrive, with a hospitality mindset and eagerness to learn as our hardware and software suite expands.

You will leverage product knowledge to resolve cases, work with international customers, and grow through training and knowledge base articles in a fast-paced tech/SaaS environment.
