About the Role

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree completed in computer science, electronic engineering, or information technology.
  • English Advanced level C1 B2 Advantage.
  • At least one year of experience in information technology technical support.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, Office 365, Zscaler, Microsoft Intune, MS Visio, Okta, Smartview, MS Project, MS Sharepoint, VPN Checkpoint, Adobe Acrobat, MS Team, Zoom, Web Ex.
  • Basic experience in Cisco technology: Router **** series, Switches Catalyst **** series, Videoconference Cisco Bar pro and Quad camera model.
  • Basic experience in HP desktops hardware model Latitude 840, Zbook model 11, Dell Pro Micro desktop and Dell Pro Laptop.
