Overview

Our client is a major player in the general telecommunications industry, with a strong footprint in Spain and international operations across Europe and Latin America. The Madrid hub drives a large part of the group’s tech transformation: network modernization, digital platforms, data and AI initiatives, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure.

Location & Contract

Madrid, Spain – hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote). Start: ASAP. Permanent (Contrato indefinido).

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for tech roles across software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity and network engineering.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, the internal ATS, employee referrals and direct approach.
• Drive HR projects beyond pure recruitment, focusing on the international mobility program (process design, cross‑country coordination, candidate experience).
