Tech Outbound BDR — Remote & High-Volume Prospecting

Bluelight is seeking a highly driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our client base through high-volume outbound prospecting and booking qualified appointments with US-based decision-makers.

You will leverage HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and Instantly to build targeted lists and multi‑touch sequences, crafting personalized emails and messages that convert, while meeting rigorous KPIs and maintaining strong show rates for discovery calls.
