About the Role:
Makro Philippines (CP Axtra AC Corporation) is looking for a Tech Lead to join our Supply Chain technology team. This is a hands-on role for a technical leader who can write code, conduct code reviews, and lead one or more development squads — building the systems that will scale with our growth as a retail and wholesale startup expanding across the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive digital transformation by designing and delivering solutions that align with stakeholder needs and scale with business demand
- Work closely with the Head of Technology and other stakeholders to define the product roadmap and delivery timeline
- Lead one or more development squads, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and direction
