Tech lead

At Libeen we're reinventing access to homeownership in Spain. Our rent-to-own model lets people live in their future home while building up their option to buy. We're growing fast, closing a significant funding round, and building our tech stack from scratch.

We're looking for a Tech Lead who builds — the whole thing. Not an architect who draws diagrams and delegates. The person who writes the first line of code, makes the stack decisions, and ships everything we need into production: the AI agents, the backend, the data, and the product users actually touch. For now you are the engineering team. You're paired with a Product Manager who owns the what and the why , while you own the how — front to back. As we grow, you'll hire specialists and the role narrows; right now, breadth wins.
