Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Tech Lead (Java/AWS) for their Raleigh, NC/Atlanta, GA location. Responsibilities:
+ Own and deliver user stories independently—from design and development through testing, deployment, and production support.
+ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of backend engineers; conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
+ Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide technical estimates, communicate progress, and resolve technical challenges.
+ Drive architecture and design decisions for scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams including Frontend, DevOps, QA, Product, and Infrastructure.
