Core Responsibilities
- Direct the execution of protocol and backend engineering teams, setting the pace for delivery and the bar for technical excellence.
- Architect and implement mission-critical trading infrastructure using Rust, focusing on extreme performance and reliability.
- Lead the development of core exchange primitives, including margin systems, liquidation mechanisms, and advanced liquidity models.
- Audit critical code paths to minimize latency, maximize execution quality, and improve the overall market maker experience.
- Foster a culture of rigorous engineering through deep code reviews, architectural guidance, and hands-on mentorship.
