Tech Lead: AI-Driven Architecture & Team Growth

Stuff is seeking a Tech Lead to embed within one of our product development squads, directly guiding 2–3 engineers and shaping technical direction across the team. This hands-on, in-house role sits at the nexus of architecture, AI integration, and production systems in a fast-moving media environment.

You will drive AI/LLMs integration, oversee build‑vs‑buy decisions, and ensure privacy and editorial care while maintaining performance during traffic spikes.
