The Post-Harvest Team Member plays a vital role in the post-harvest phase Processing Team. This position involves assisting in various tasks related to bud removal, trimming, and packaging of processed cannabis to maintain quality standards and support efficient processing.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist in post-harvest activities, including drying, curing, trimming, and packaging of harvested cannabis plants. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure proper handling and processing of harvested material. Support quality control efforts by identifying and reporting any inconsistencies or abnormalities in processed material.
