Job Description
Execute timely and accurate end-to-end treasury operational tasks based on functional expertise or skills :
Perform trade validation, confirmation and settlement
Check both inward and outward confirmations; perform confirmation matching
Prepare and deliver confirmation letters, advices, statements to customers / counterparties
Raise related / relevant GL accounting entries
Update incomplete transactions in ESSCBOP
Prepare and settle monthly brokerage fee reporting
To support the operations of regional RHB branches during local public holiday
Provide feedback on key issues faced by both customers and team members; produce necessary output aligned to the objective of the team
Strong interactive communication with internal and external parties e.g. GTGM, clients, brokers, Financial Institutions, RMs etc for effective and efficient service and functional support e.g receipts of deals' source documents, deals clarifications etc
