Job Description
We are looking for two Team Members to work full-time at Pacific Crest Limited T/A Bangkok Rolled Ice Cream to work full-time.
Team Members are expected to work a minimum of 30- 35 hours a week with a weekly payroll. Hours are rostered on a weekly basis and might include weekend shifts.
Role and Responsibilities- Team Member
1. Prepare and cook rolled ice cream, bubble waffles, crepes and other menu items in accordance with the business recipes and quality standards.
2. Prepare fresh ingredients, including fruits, sauces, toppings and ice cream bases, before service.
3. Operate specialised cold plate equipment and cooking appliances to prepare food safely and efficiently.
4. Prepare and serve beverages such as bubble tea and thick shakes following standard recipes.
5. Portion, garnish and present food and desserts to ensure consistent quality and appearance.
