Role: Team Leader – Wealth Management

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Lead daily operations and ensure SLA/KPI adherence

✔️ Monitor work queues, productivity, and team performance

✔️ Coach, mentor, and manage team members through regular performance discussions

✔️ Drive quality, compliance, and adherence to banking controls and SOPs

✔️ Handle client escalations and participate in governance reviews

✔️ Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions

✔️ Train new team members and support knowledge management initiatives
