Team Leader

Edward Jones’ Tailored Branch Support team is seeking a Team Leader to lead approximately 20 associates who support branch teams and clients through phone and written inquiries. This role is accountable for team performance, talent development, stakeholder partnership, and execution of department and firm initiatives in a highly regulated environment.


What You’ll Do:

Lead and develop a team by setting goals, driving performance, and fostering a culture of trust, engagement, and accountability

Attract, develop, and retain talent through coaching, feedback, performance management, and partnership with HR and Recruiting

Align team efforts to department and division priorities by managing projects, initiatives, and change effectively
