**Description:**
As the Team Leader – Stewarding, you’ll be responsible for supervising stewarding operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across all kitchen and F&B back-of-house areas, while supporting efficient kitchen operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
· Supervise and coordinate daily stewarding activities across all kitchen and F&B outlets
· Ensure proper cleaning, washing, and sanitation of kitchen utensils, equipment, and service ware
· Monitor dishwashing operations to maintain hygiene and operational standards
