Sales Team Leader - Life Insurance (Life Cover & Funeral Cover)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to oversee and drive the performance of our FIELD sales representatives selling life insurance products, specifically life cover and funeral cover. The successful candidate will lead by example, motivate the team, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
