Location: Potton | Shift: Day Shift – Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:30 (flexibility required) | Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent (Temp-to-Perm)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee daily operations within a rapid-paced food manufacturing environment, specialising in meat products such as pork and beef sausages, different pies, bacons etc. The successful candidate will lead a production team to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
