Job Description
Reporting to the Centre Manager, this role supports the running of the day to day operations of our Sort Centre based in Penrith. This is a full time permanent position working day shift hours.
What You Will Do:
- Overlook and co-ordinate daily operations of machines.
- Ensure machines are running efficiently meeting KPI schedules and customer requirements.
- Report on attendance, absenteeism, downtime, and daily targets
- Audits, quality checks, and light maintenance.
- Operation of Counterbalance forklifts
- Ensure a high level of safety; overseeing the cleanliness of equipment and areas, codes of practice, and follow relevant procedures.
- Uphold and adhere to company policies and procedures in Environmental, Health and Safety and HACCP.
