NetAmbit Value First Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring dynamic and result-oriented Team Leaders for the Google Pay Merchant Acquisition project. The ideal candidate should have prior field sales experience along with hands-on team handling experience and the ability to drive sales performance. Key Responsibilities :- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives. Drive merchant acquisition for Google Pay products (QR, EDC/POS, and Sound Box). Ensure the team consistently achieves daily, weekly. d monthly sales targets. Conduct field visits with team members and provide on-the-job coaching. Monitor team productivity, attendance, and performance metrics. Train and onboard new team members. Maintain strong relationships with merchants and resolve field-level issues.
