You will oversee care plans, facilitate team meetings, and ensure quality standards are upheld within assigned homes. Specifically, this role emphasizes promoting a positive work culture and addressing team needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Support Workers ensuring policies are followed
• Facilitate open communication to resolve team issues
• Lead team meetings and document discussions
• Manage staff scheduling and coverage as required
