Take the helm as a Team Leader to guide Support Workers in delivering high-quality care. Your leadership fosters teamwork and well-being for the individuals we serve in a full-time, in-person role.

This full-time position focuses on providing direction, support, and communication among Support Workers. You will oversee care plans, facilitate team meetings, and ensure quality standards are upheld within assigned homes. Specifically, this role emphasizes promoting a positive work culture and addressing team needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Support Workers ensuring policies are followed
• Facilitate open communication to resolve team issues
• Lead team meetings and document discussions
• Manage staff scheduling and coverage as required
• Support implementation of Members' care plans
