This is a full-time, fixed term position until 30 June 2031, with the possibility of extension.
 
The Team Leader, CLS manages team performance and safe person-led practice and builds partnerships to strengthen integration and reduce gaps. The Team Leader, CLS creates and maintains referral pathways for equitable “no wrong door” access.
