Team Leader - Children's Residential
Location: Leyland PR26
Salary: £29,600 plus additional £50 per sleep in (approx. 10 per month) - The salary will then be £35,600 PA
Shift pattern: Full-time 40 Hours per week average - Shift pattern to include days, evenings, nights, weekends, bank holidays, sleep-ins and lone working. 2 on 4 off shift pattern.
To work in a fantastic new home which has just been through registration.
Duties: Team Leader - Children's Residential
To assist the Registered Manager and Assistant Manager in the day to day operation of the settled care home and provide regular cover if required at other homes.
To ensure the physical, emotional and other needs of children / young people are provided within a supportive, homely, professional and caring environment
To work within Government Guidance; Ofsted regulations, Local Authority guidance and the Association’s policies and procedures in order to meet the Quality...
