What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of recruiters – coach, set goals, and keep the energy high.
- Own the hiring process – from sourcing to onboarding, especially for high-volume call center roles.
- Hit (and exceed) targets – manage daily KPIs, hiring goals, and deadlines.
- Find new sourcing channels – job boards, referrals, events, and more.
- Collaborate with stakeholders – work with managers to meet staffing needs fast.
- Improve the process – keep recruitment smooth, efficient, and candidate-friendly.
What You Bring
- 3+ years in recruitment (BPO, staffing firm, or sales account hiring).
- 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven high-volume hiring success – you’ve filled big numbers, fast.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- ATS and sourcing tool know-how.
- Based in the Bulacan and ready to work onsite.
