Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a team of recruiters – coach, set goals, and keep the energy high.
  • Own the hiring process – from sourcing to onboarding, especially for high-volume call center roles.
  • Hit (and exceed) targets – manage daily KPIs, hiring goals, and deadlines.
  • Find new sourcing channels – job boards, referrals, events, and more.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders – work with managers to meet staffing needs fast.
  • Improve the process – keep recruitment smooth, efficient, and candidate-friendly.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in recruitment (BPO, staffing firm, or sales account hiring).
  • 1–2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven high-volume hiring success – you’ve filled big numbers, fast.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • ATS and sourcing tool know-how.
  • Based in the Bulacan and ready to work onsite.
