Job Overview

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving the performance of your teammates so that they consistently hit their goals. You will coach and manage team members and act as a bridge between your team and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day planning and operations of your team.
• Ensure each teammate delivers on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and achieves Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Organize and handle the team to ensure everyone adheres to their schedules.
