Team Lead (Wind turbine Installation & Dismantling)
Your responsibilities
- Lead and supervise teams on site
- Plan, coordinate, and delegate daily activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Support project coordination and client communication
- Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site issues
- Monitor project progress and quality
- Complete project reporting and documentation
- Mentor and support team members
Our requirements
- Proven experience leading teams on wind turbine projects
- Experience as a Team Leader or Senior Wind Turbine Technician
- Valid GWO certifications, C-Level electrical certification, and a valid Medical Fitness Certificate for Working at Heights
- Strong knowledge of wind turbine installation and dismantling
