Job Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead to assist with leading towards success at our West Edmonton Mall shop. The Team Lead reports to the Shop Management and works with them to ensure all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
Job type: Part‑time, permanent Estimated hours: 24 hours per week
Responsibilities Coach and guide the staff to deliver great customer experience, drive sales, and maintain a productive work environment. The position requires availability for all types of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays. It is recommended to apply in person at the shop.
