Job Description
- What is Team Lead (TL) – Collection - MMBL?
- Responsible for directions & coordination regarding collections & recovery of assigned portfolio, bad debt analyzing, monitoring, and reporting. Lead the branch FCDOs effectively to ensure the achievement of assigned collection & recovery benchmarks in accordance with MMBL policies and SBP regulations.
- What Team Lead (TL) – Collection - MMBL does?
- 1. Collection Management
- Conducting Portfolio performance reviews and proactive collection perusal, ensuring key portfolio indicators NPLs 210+ DPD C/Off are within the assigned benchmarks.
- Maintain and record all accounts, commitments and PTP made with the customers.
- Implement and monitor appropriate collections activities to ensure customers pay to agreed terms & maintain the C&R log accordingly.
