This business unit is our logistics hub in Europe and provides logistical services for METTLER TOLEDO in the worldwide service business and in the import and export of products. To strengthen the transformation of our EU-HUB into a more automated, efficient, and lean operation, we are looking for our global operational headquarter in Nänikon-Greifensee for a committed and self-driven personality as a Team Lead Supply Chain 100% (all genders).
Responsibilities
- Ensure reliable end-to-end SCM operations and consistently meet customer service standards at the 3PL interface.
- Act as the first point of contact for SCM issues, providing hands‑on troubleshooting and fast resolution.
- Coordinate escalated 2nd‑ and 3rd‑level support topics with the wider MT global network.
- Manage the 3PL relationship operationally, ensuring accountability to agreed SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
