Job Description
Your Responsibilities
- Structural assessments and calculations of structures and assemblies
- Rule assessments and ensuring products are efficiently designed
- Department management including guidance and follow‑up of structural engineers
- Sales support with concept preparations and evaluations
- Follow up of rules and regulations and contact with 3rd party / Class societies
Your Qualifications
- MSc or BSc degree Senior Structural Engineer (experience from leading a team is an advantage)
- Understanding of structural and mechanical design - design of cranes or other lifting appliances, winches, various handling equipment is an advantage
- Practical use of structural calculation tools such as Ansys, Mathcad, Staadpro or similar
- Familiar with Rules and Regulations for lifting appliances and marine equipment
- Experience with making design calculation reports for 3rd part...
